Weather Conditions
The average precipitation for this area is 10" - 12" annually. In a normal winter there may be small amounts of snow lasting for short periods in the lower elevations. Higher accumulations lasting for longer periods in the higher elevations.
This is a mild wintering area at the lower elevation, generally protected from harsh weather conditions. November, December and January winter months average 23 degrees. June, July and August summer months average 84 degrees. With occasional short periods of higher and lower temperatures.
